This is one of the latest technology from North America which is developed in the technology of magnetic induction. Induction works by passing an alternating current through coils made of ferromagnetic material (magnetic metal) contained in the stove's hobs (area where the cooking vessel sits). An alternating current passed through the coils creates a magnetic field of the same frequency. When a pan of magnetic based material, such as steel, the magnetic field creates a current in the pan itself, exciting the molecules in the metal and heating up the pan and not the cooktop. When the pan is removed from the cooktop, the energy transfer stops.

Some people may say that magnetic induction will cause harm to the eco and environment, but inversely the truth, it cause no harm and eco-friendly. Diva safety feature had proved it. If a pot boils over, there is no burning on the stove because the pan is the one that was heated. Diva also had a technology to protect against grease fire. With this induction, there will be no radiant heat, so, it is safe from explosion and also from children accident.
